The CM-RQE70 uses active infrared detection to provide touch-free exit sensing, responding within 0.1 to 0.2 seconds. It accepts 12 to 24 volts AC or DC, can be mounted at heights of up to 3000mm, and carries an IP45 weather-resistance rating for added durability.
