At SecureMyDoor, we aim to provide a transparent and easy-to-understand shipping process. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get our products from our warehouse to you.

We offer free & fast shipping on all orders.

  • Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Shipping
  • Royal Mail
  • DPD

Product Availability

At SecureMyDoor, we are an authorised retailer. There may be instances where a product is marked as ‘In Stock’ but the feed hasn’t been updated yet. Real-time updates may not always be possible. If you wish to confirm whether a product is in stock, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Delivery Window

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you are unable to accept the delivery, the carrier will return the item to us or begin to charge a storage fee. If the package is refused and returned to SecureMyDoor, it will be treated as a return.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the transit time is 0 - 1 working days. 

We partner with the best in the business to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our primary couriers include Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Shipping, Royal Mail, and DPD. The choice of courier depends on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Your Order

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your parcel has not arrived yet, please don't worry. You can track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page found in the Footer under Site Information. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to update in our system.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect all items upon receipt to verify they are in proper condition. We inspect our packages before they leave the facility to ensure they are in brand-new condition.

Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number and details of the missing items. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Notification of Defective or Damaged Products

We strongly advise customers to inspect and test any product immediately upon receipt. For products that arrive damaged, please report the damage within 24 hours of delivery so we can initiate a replacement or process a refund. We may request pictures of any damaged or defective items. After 24 hours of delivery, defective or damaged product replacements may be denied.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. SecureMyDoor is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, you will be notified during the checkout process.
